Awful experience. I followed all rules and played all my games with only one force loss on the season and I was removed without being given a reason or warning or anything. When I reached out to the commissioner he completely ignored me. No refund. No explanations. Nothing. Just random removal.
- cpgtwon (commissioner): Our deepest apologies for failing to communicate with you in a timely manner on the reasoning for your removal from the league. Unfortunately, we have an inactive policy that states if a user receives 3 or more consecutive simulated games in a season they are eligible for replacement should there be someone on the waitlist. As for any refunds owed, I do not believe you prepaid for season 4, which would've warranted a refund. If we have that incorrect please just send a screenshot of payment and we will refund you ASAP. We regret our lack of communication and the poor experience it left you with, we hope in the near future you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves and provide you with a supreme experience we pride ourselves on.
