Information We Collect

Account Information

• Discord ID (from Discord OAuth)
• Discord username
• Discord avatar
• Email address (from Discord)

Game History Data (via Extension)

• Game scores and results
• Opponent information
• League names and seasons
• Game dates
• Playoff game indicators
• Madden version information

Usage Data

• API usage logs (endpoint, timestamp, response status)
• Login timestamps
• Feature usage analytics

How We Use Your Information

• Display Analytics: Show career statistics, playoff records, and competitive ratings
• Enable Features: League management, team assignments, and Discord bot integration
• Verify Accounts: Grant verified badges to users who import their history
• Improve Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features
• Security: Rate limiting and abuse prevention

Browser Extension Privacy

Data Collection

• The extension only collects data when you explicitly click "Import"
• Your API key is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's secure storage API
• Game history is extracted from pages you're viewing (with your permission)
• No background data collection or tracking

Data Transmission

• Data is only sent to ConnectedClout servers when you click "Import All to ConnectedClout"
• All communication uses HTTPS encryption
• No data is sent to third-party services

Permissions Explained

• Storage: Stores your API key and collected games locally
• ActiveTab: Reads game data from the current tab when you initiate import
• Host Permissions: Accesses supported fantasy platforms and ConnectedClout API

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform
• Database encryption at rest and in transit
• API key authentication required for all data access
• Rate limiting to prevent abuse
• Regular security audits and updates

Data Sharing

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for purposes other than stated
• Track you across other websites

We MAY share:

• Aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., "Total games imported: 10,000")
• Your public profile information (username, stats) with other ConnectedClout users
• Data when required by law or to protect our rights

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data we have about you
• Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export: Download your data in a portable format
• Correct: Update or correct inaccurate data
• Revoke: Revoke API keys and disable extension access at any time

Children's Privacy

ConnectedClout is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.
